Mr. David Allen
Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO
With more than 30 years of entrepreneurial experience, David Allen has a successful track record in both real estate development and technology industries. He founded and operated his first business, a residential construction and remodeling company, directly out of college. He later started a regional construction company, and then progressed to full-scale real estate development, building in 34 states and the Caribbean. David's most notable project is the Westin Resort on St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.
Concurrently, David took an interest in technology, eventually co-founding several development projecting including Red Dot Net, a digital on-demand system that allows Barnes & Noble customers to sample music before buying. He is now the owner of Destiny Conferencing LLC, which focuses on deploying TeleSuite Systems to vertical markets through a family of companies including Destiny Conferencing LLC, PangeAir Corporation and MedPresence Corporation.
Mr. Brian Kinne
President/COO, MedPresence Corporation
Having spent over ten years in the interactive Telepresence space and four years in the healthcare arena, Brian has experienced tremendous success in both industries. He has a 14-year record of creating, organizing, and implementing "solution vendor" marketing and sales strategies for technology and health care firms. Brian began his healthcare career in long-term care as a regional manager for Heartland Nursing home centers in southwest Ohio. He left the company briefly to help establish a local office for a national home care company. Upon his return to Heartland, he helped salvage and re-establish a regional home care office in southwest Ohio. He directed several M&A's, along with several major partnerships with both regional long-term and other home care centers.
In 1995 Brian joined TeleSuite Corporation to establish the first integrated marketing, sales, and account-management model specifically designed to address the virtual conferencing market. He attracted, negotiated, and finalized agreements with major players such as networking hardware and software company 3Com Corp., health insurer Cigna Corp., AOL Time Warner Inc., PricewaterhouseCoopers, Capital One Financial Corp., GlaxoSmithKline plc, Netscape Communications Corp., Duke University, and several others. He was also responsible for identifying and managing key partner relationships with the corporate travel management services industry.
In late 2003, Brian joined Teliris, Ltd. as their Senior Vice President of Sales, responsible for global direct sales, marketing, and the strategic vision of the firm. Teliris increased their customer base by over 50% in the first year and total profitability by 24%. In early 2005, he joined Destiny Conferencing as Executive Vice President to engineer many of the same activities he did for TeleSuite Corporation, expand into new lines of business, and give strategic guidance to the company.
