When connected to a remote site, the operating room instantly becomes a window to the outside world. Enlarge

Today, surgeons desperately need better tools to help them train, educate and disseminate their surgical techniques throughout the world. Enlarge

The MedPresence Operating Room (MOR 400) is a valuable addition to any hospital environment. Our videoconferencing technology takes your operating room to the next level.

It features four 65" HD Plasma displays affixed in a horizontal array with a powered vertical movement mechanism, resulting in a 20'x 4' Video Wall mounted on a stainless steel chassis. When connected to a remote classroom, surgeons and OR staff can see and interact with an entire classroom of students as if they were literally in the operating room together. Students and physicians can have direct conversation, and valuable instruction or collaboration can take place while surgery is being performed. The surgical instruments that are used are transmitted back to the classroom/conference room in real time and are displayed life size.

The MOR 400 unit is available with various sizes of the Video Wall, and for more permanent installations, the Video Wall can be wall mounted.
